There is a large sunny patio with outside seating with a small lawned garden. Linton also offers secure off-street parking offering parking for up to two cars, and if necessary, there is also plenty of free on-street parking just outside the property.

Located on the ground floor, bedroom one is tastefully decorated in whites and silver and complimented with striking mirrored furniture and large fitted mirrored wardrobes. This contemporary room has a comfortable king-size bed with sumptuous Egyptian cotton bedding. Facilities include hairdryer, clock radio, smart tv and Bluetooth speaker. This room overlooks a small walled garden at the rear of the property.
