COVID-19 policies
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect.
Our cancellation policy will remain flexible throughout this pandemic and we will refund in full in the event of government travel restrictions.

Deposits
To reserve your dates, we require a deposit for the first night’s stay. The remaining balance is payable two weeks prior to arrival. We can only accept cash or bank transfer as we do not have card facilities.

Cancellations
We regret that in the event of a cancellation, the following policy applies.
​
Full refund of the deposit if you cancel 28 days before arrival.
​
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel between 28 and 1 week prior to arrival.
​
Full charge will apply for cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival and for no shows or booking reductions after arrival.
​
We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
​
Minimum Stay
Bookings are taken for a minimum duration of three or more nights depending on the time of year. Booking alterations must not be lower than the minimum stay.

Pets
We regret that we do not accept pets.
